This two-hour webinar training uses four case examples to train CWICs who counsel Social Security beneficiaries on health coverage options related to employment. The training looks at the sometimes-complex interaction between private health care coverage and public health care programs. Participants learn about health coverage rights and protections under HIPPA, COBRA, and other federal and state law.
